The SOStain specification provides for 10 minimum requirements, including VIVA certification, promoted by the Ministry of Ecological Transition. This regulation foresees the calculation of 4 highly significant indicators: AIR (carbon footprint); WATER (water footprint); VINEYARD (impact on soil and water reserves of the agronomic management of vineyards) and TERRITORY (analysis of the link between wine and its territory. The SOStain logo is visible on our bottle, combined with a Qrcode, to consult the sustainability performance achieved by Donnafugata.
