On 3 November, Donnafugata will participate in James Suckling‘s Great Wines of Italy in Hong Kong, an unmissable event where the most prestigious and renowned Italian wineries will be present.
The event will be held in the luxurious setting of the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, with its stunning panoramic views of Victoria Harbour, Victoria Peak, and Kowloon, and home to two Michelin-starred restaurants.
The walk-around tasting will be manned by the wineries’ producers, who will bring two references that have scored at least 92 points in the guide compiled by wine critic James Suckling.
Donnafugata will bring two of its iconic labels:
Mille e una Notte 2018, the flagship red wine of the company, born from the collaboration between Giacomo Rallo and Giacomo Tachis, was awarded 96 points.
Ben Ryé 2020, the sweet wine from the heroic viticulture of Pantelleria, an island between Sicily and Africa, was awarded 95 points.
