“Excellent cleanliness achieved, wonderful freshness; Ben Ryé 2016 – Luca Maroni writes – is one of the best sweet wines of the year, among the richest and plushest ever. Chapeau!“
It is the second consecutive year that the Passito Ben Ryé has been proclaimed best sweet wine, rewarding the heroic viticulture of Pantelleria: the island of sun and wind, characterized by terraces and the agricultural practice of the alberello vine, UNESCO heritage.
Ben Ryé – along with the other award-winning wines – can be tasted until Sunday in Rome, at Salone delle Fontane, as part of the kermis of the presentation of the Guide.
